NEWS ITEM: As protesters demonstrated against dictator Alexander Lukashenko in Belarus, the country shut off the internet. That hit its IT industry hard. Many companies suspended their activity and asked for help. Ukrainian Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov responded.
