NEWS ITEM: Myroslav Prodan, the former acting head of the State Fiscal Service who under investigation for corruption charges, was summoned to testify at the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office on Nov. 15, but didn’t show up, saying he was in Germany for medical treatment. The State Border Service said he crossed the border with Moldova by car on Nov. 5, three days after the subpoena was issued.
