NEWS ITEM: On Sunday, Nov. 8, the territorial election commission in Odesa postponed a meeting to announce the results of local elections to the Odesa Oblast Council, which were held on Oct. 25. The reason: A virus had erased the document with the results from the computer. The commission claimed all the documents were nearly done, but now they have to redo them. The results were eventually announced only two days later, on Nov. 10.
