NEWS ITEM: A resident of Chernihiv Oblast on Feb. 13 called the police and said he killed his stepfather. He also asked to bring some snowplows, because communal service didn’t clear the snow around his house and it’s hard to get there by car. Only the man didn’t kill anyone — he lied so that police clear the snow. Now he faces a $2-4 fine.
