Boryspil International Airport’s Terminal D is gearing up for a long awaited reopening as Ukraine restores international and domestic air travel on June 15.
Travelers will see new safety features including body temperature scanners and social distancing markets to ensure the safety of people flying amid the global COVID-19 pandemic. A slew of new rules and guidelines has been introduced for both Ukrainian and international travelers, who are being required to monitor their health, carry protective masks and gloves and double-check all quarantine rules in both their origin and destination countries.
According to the Boryspil International Airport website, planes from India, Israel, Belgium, Belarus, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates are scheduled to arrive on June 15.
Planes to Moldova, Belgium, Belarus, India, Israel, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates are scheduled to depart from Ukraine on the same day.
