Journalist from Channel 5 Olha Snitsarchuk was beaten up by a group of unknown people during a May 18 rally in Kyiv.
The beating caused an outrage in Ukraine and condemnation from the international community, as well as a number of journalistic protests. In a video address released two days after the incident, chief suspect Vadym Titushko insisted that he was trying to protect the journalist, despite numerous pieces of video and photo evidence that he was one of the attackers.
