Faces of AIDS exhibit

Singers from the Real O pop band were among first guests at the exhibition.

The photo exhibit “AIDS: Open Faces” by Brent Stirton will be shown in the Lavra Gallery until Dec. 17. The exhibit, supported by Olena Pinchuk’s Anti-AIDS Foundation, includes photos of Ukrainians whose lives were affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Visitors can also get tested for HIV at the exposition. According to United Nations AIDS experts, more than one percent of Ukrainians live with HIV.
