Femen, a group of young women who call attention to political causes by going topless and staging other antics, have presented their own Euro 2012 mascots. Femen’s latest effort is play on the Warner Brothers’ twin figures representing Poland and Ukraine, two guys called Slavek and Slavko in football uniforms.Femen’s mascots love beer, sex and soccer, according to Anna Hutsol, 26, Femen's spikey-haired leader. Four cities in Poland and four in Ukraine are to host the soccured championships.“Euro 2010 championship will only harm Ukraine, as well as Poland. Sex tourism, prostitution, crime and epidemics levels are to rise,” Hutsol said. “Femen will do their best to put different obstacles in the way of UEFA [Union of European Football Associations] and Euro 2012 coming to Ukraine, including topless protests.”Since 2008, Femen includes some 300 mainly student activists ready to peel off their clothes in public to support social and political rights of Ukrainian women.(Photo:http://femen.livejournal.com)
