Germany’s embassy in Ukraine on Oct. 2 held a diplomatic reception to mark the German Unity Day.
The Unity Day, celebrated annually on Oct. 3, is a public holiday that commemorates the anniversary of German reunification in 1990 when the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic were unified.
Ukrainian officials, diplomats, members of business community came to the reception at the German embassy in Kyiv to celebrate the 29th anniversary of the reunification of Germany.
