On Sept. 26, hundreds of Ukrainians took part in the Climate March to demand actions to avert climate change caused by CO2 emissions that are overheating the planet. People brought signs, posters and some were in costumes of animals in danger because of the climate change and humans causing it. They marched from Mykhailivska Square to parliament, where activists submitted a list of their requirements.

The United Kingdom will host the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow on Oct. 31 – Nov. 12, 2021, to advance global goals for reducing carbon emissions.
