iForum, a technology and online business forum, was held for the seventh time at the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv on April 16.

The iForum initiative was organized by the head of Internet Invest Group, Oleksandr Olshansky, who launched it in 2009.

The venue’s booths represented investment funds, startups, software and hardware developers, electric cars, military equipment, drones and 3D printers. The program included discussion panels and presentations of more than 80 influential players of the Ukrainian IT industry.

During the conference, the annual rating of the top Ukrainian startups was announced. Petсube finished first, followed by Ecois.me, VOX Player, Competera, Kwambio and Wishround. About 80 firms competed, meeting criteria that included having no more than a three-year presence on the tech market as of March 1, annual revenue no bigger than $1,000,000 and at least one Ukrainian citizen among the founders.

The rating was organized by Denis Dovgopoliy, the managing partner and founder of the BVU Group tech company. The startups were rated by 30 experts of the Ukrainian tech market, such as investors, entrepreneurs and media representatives.
