While all expected to hear see a new Prime Minister appointed on Feb. 25, Ukraine's parliament failed to vote in one, instead voting to send the fugitive ex-president Viktor Yanukovych to the Hague Criminal court. The issue of appointing new government members was postponed until Feb. 27, when parliament will reconvene.
