Already gripped by devastating conflict, Syrians now have another problem to worry about — the spread of the novel coronavirus, which has already infected more than 300,000 people around the world. While no cases have been officially confirmed in Syria as of March 21, the country remains at high risk due to its extensive refugee populations living in camps and slums outside cities, according to the World Health Organization.
