While Kyiv roofs and sidewalks are still partly covered with snow, and the temperature remains low, Japanese capital Tokyo enjoys cherry blossoms in full bloom.
The local meteorological agency said that this year’s first blossoms appeared nine days earlier than average due to warm weather.
