The Ukrainian capital experienced highs of up to 21 degrees Celsius on Oct. 18, and the warm weather was forecast to continue for another day, while cooling off on the weekend. Meanwhile, Kyivans are still waiting for the city’s central heating season to start, with many areas of the capital also lacking supplies of hot water.
