In northern Ukraine, residents try to rebuild after devastating forest fires

The Kyiv Post visits several villages destroyed by forest fires. Located in northern Ukraine near the Chornobyl exclusion zone and the border with Belarus, they are some of the places most devastated by the fires, which raged for most of April. In the aftermath of the blaze, local residents describe the difficulty of rebuilding their homes and lives.
