Paris-born mayor of Hlukhiv resigns, says he will run for president
Michel Terestchenko, a French-born descendant of one of the Russian Empire’s richest dynasties, has resigned as a mayor of Hlukhiv in Sumy Oblast. Terestchenko now says that he will run for president in 2019 elections.
