Detentions have been reported from a protest rally dubbed the “March Of Heroes” in the Belarusian capital, Minsk, on Sept. 13. It was the latest in a series of demonstrations against President Alyaksandr Lukashenka that have been taking place every day since the controversial Aug. 9 election.
