RFE/RL: Protesters storm Kyrgyz president’s office

Protesters broke into the offices of Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov, smashing official portraits and showering documents from the windows, overnight on Oct. 5-6. The demonstrators said there were widespread irregularities in parliamentary elections on Oct. 4, in which pro-government parties were declared to have won.
