This Mexican food changes lives

American expat Otis W. Chip Taylor has a passion for Mexican food. On his small organic farm in the remote village of Zalistsi in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Chip Taylor grows all the ingredients for his Mexican culinary creations, including rare chili peppers that can’t be found anywhere else in Ukraine.

He sells and distributes his Mexican meals, salsas and unique ingredients all over Ukraine, and uses the profits to fund a free alcohol and drug rehabilitation center at his home in Zalistsi, where he helps those in need fight addiction.
