Thousands of Ukrainians rally against Zelensky’s plan to end war with Russia

On Oct. 6 nearly 10,000 people rallied at the central Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square) in Kyiv for the “Stop Capitulation Rally”. Capitulation is what the protesters call President Volodymyr Zelensky’s plans to end the war in eastern Ukraine using the Steinmeier Formula.
