The Russian FSB is bringing final charges against Ukrainian sailors Yevhen Semydotskyi, Yuriy Budzylo, and Bohdan Nebylytsia. According to their lawyer Ayder Azamatov, the servicemen have denied all the accusations and once again stated that they are prisoners of war. The leader of the defense team, Nikolai Polozov, said that the prosecution is to bring charges against all the 24 sailors by July 9. They have been held in Russia for more than 7 months. Over this time, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has recognized them as prisoners of war.
