Ukraine is celebrating Constitution day on June 28. Adopted in 1996 and in the 23 years of its existence, the countries constitution was the subject of many debates and changes. Amendments were initiated by new presidents and parliamentarians with the aim to either limit the powers of opponents or to expand their own.
