Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund have agreed to prepare a new aid program to be ready after snap parliamentary elections scheduled for July. Just to remind you, the IMF mission was on a visit to Ukraine to assess the fulfillment of conditions for disbursing another $1.3 billion under the current Stand-By Arrangement. The IMF said in a statement that the discussions were productive and added that the country’s “fiscal and monetary policies remain on track”.
