On Sept. 23, 279 MPs voted for the document in the second reading. However, later it turned out that due to a technical error in the text of the law that was not taken into account by the MPs, the document could lead to a legal collision. Thus, the draft would be re-voted. And the MPs are going to do it in the nearest future.
