Promprylad.Renovation is a former Soviet plant, which has been successfully transformed into one of the most modern urban spaces in Ukraine. A dance school, a contemporary art gallery, a multimedia laboratory, children’s informal education clubs, a city development laboratory, and even the office of the Investment Policy Department of the City Council have been brought together under the roof of a plant in the very city centre. Two years ago, Ukraїner already covered the beginning of Promprylad’s transformation. This publication continues exploring the alteration of the large plant, thanks to which Ivano-Frankivsk took first place in the rating of best cities for doing business in 2020.
