You're reading: Judge says all evidence investigated in Tymoshenko case

Rodion Kireyev, the judge of Kyiv's Pechersky District Court presiding at the Russian gas supply contract case against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, has rejected a petition from her lawyers to resume the judicial enquiry in the trial.

"The court has decided to reject the petition," Kireyev said.

He said that the court had investigated all of the evidence in the case.
