KHARKIV – On June 10, the Expert Council unanimously approved three candidates for the title of “Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv.”
According to the press service of Kharkiv City Council, chairman of the Kharkiv organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine Viktor Kovtun, president of the DCH group Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, and Ukraine’s first seed, a member of the country’s national tennis team Elina Svitolina have been chosen.
“The final decision regarding the approved candidates will be made at the next session of Kharkiv City Council,” the report says.
