The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine welcomes the development of the Ukrainian model of an electric vehicle for people with disabilities – Ukrainian Social Electric Car (USEC) USEC, Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Krykliy wrote on his Telegram page.

“I am grateful to the authors of the first Ukrainian electric vehicle for people with disabilities, USEC, for the implementation of a truly innovative and technological project that simultaneously removes barriers and worries about each of us, creating the necessary conditions for those who need it. The government must do everything to maximize citizens could afford such products,” the minister said.

He said that the Ministry of Infrastructure will continue to fully support such important initiatives in Ukraine as the abolition of VAT and duties on the import of electric vehicles, as well as stimulate the national production of electric cars.

Ukrainian Social Electric Car (USEC) is a joint project of television presenter Victoria Kiose in collaboration with Ecofactor specialists. The technical executor of the project is the founder and CEO of the Ecofactor group of companies Serhiy Velchev.

The Ukrainian electric car for people with disabilities was developed on the basis of Smart-cars and allows people with musculoskeletal disorders to move around the city comfortably. A person can safely enter the car like a capsule and move around the city comfortably without assistance.
