The District Administrative Court of Kyiv has initiated proceedings on the appeal against the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) No. 160 dated August 8, 2020, on the first elections of deputies of rural, settlement, city councils of territorial communities and relevant rural, settlement, city mayors on October 25, 2020.
According to the press service of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, the public organization “All-Ukrainian Association of Rural Heads, Deputies of Village Councils and Peasants” Salvation of the Village “filed a lawsuit in the Central Election Commission.
The court accepted the case for consideration according to the rules of general action proceedings and appointed a preparatory hearing for October 2.
