One Ukrainian soldier has been killed in action (KIA), another two have been wounded in action (WIA) as a result of shelling by Russia-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine as of 6:00 p.m. on May 14, the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said on Facebook.
“Since Tuesday midnight, the enemy has violated the cease-fire regime five times … As a result of the enemy attacks, one soldier of the JFO has been killed, and another two have been injured. The JFO forces gave an adequate response to the enemy provocations. Losses of the enemy are being specified. The situation in the area of the JFO remains under control,” it says.
