LVIV – A total of 100 medical workers have been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19) in Lviv, the mayor of the city, Andriy Sadovy, said.
“As of today, 100 medical workers have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Fifty-six of them are employees of the emergency hospital. Although this hospital was not determined for treatment of coronavirus, but it receives many patients every day. For example, the load on the surgery department has tripled,” he said on his Facebook page on May 14.
As reported on May 14 on the morning, 904 people were diagnosed with COVID-19 in Lviv and Lviv region. Twenty-three people died and 169 recovered from the disease.
