Volodymyr Balukh, the native of Crimea and the political prisoner of Russia, has been moved to Kerch penal colony in the occupied peninsula. Krym.Realii news agency reported this, referring to Akthem Chyigoz, the deputy head of Mejlis of Crimean Tatar people.
