A child suffered in the result of the mine explosion in occupied Horlivka is in the medium to the severe state. Pavlo Lysyansky, the representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Donetsk and Luhansk regions claimed this as 112 Ukraine reported.

“The injured child is in the medium to the severe state. He is in shock, a boy miraculously survived. As I was reported and as he said, he was walking the last and was lucky to survive, he was blown away by the blast,” he noted.
