Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv postponed the hearing on the case of former people’s deputy from “People’s Front” faction Mykola Nartynenko to December 28, as Anti-Corruption Centre reported on Facebook.
“The court hearing on Martynenko’s case was not held. SAP Head (Nazar, -ed.) Kholodnytsky asked to postpone the session due to the fact that today is an official holiday. SAP Prosecutor (Olexiy, – ed.) Skybenko arrived in the court ready to work, but he stated that the prosecutor’s power might be doubted in the future. As a result, the court agreed with the Prosecutor and postponed the session to December 28,” the message says.
