Zhanna Vlasenko, the survivor of the car accident in Kharkiv in October 2017, received the compensation from the driver, Olena Zaitseva. She also asks to charge the same sum from Hennadiy Dronov, the other driver also involved in the crash. Newsroom news agency reported that on Tuesday evening, referring to the outcome of the court session.
The court representatives received the respective appeal, where the casualty pointed out that Zaitseva ‘paid Hr 100,000 ($ 3,000, – 112 International)’, and she has no claims against the driver.
