The decision to impose personal sanctions against Russia for aggression in the Kerch Strait region will be made on February 18 at a meeting of the foreign ministers of the European Union. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin while talking to journalists in Munich, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
