Khreshchatyk, the main street of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, will be shut off in the late hours of August 16 and early on August 17. The reason is the military training for the parade devoted to the Independence Day. As is known, Ukraine’s main national holiday is celebrated on August 24.
The entire Khreshchatyk street will be shut off; road traffic will be closed on August 18, 22, 23 and 24 as well.
