The winner of Eurovision 2018, Netta Barzilai from Israel has declined the offer to perform in Russia on June 8. This is mentioned in the message at Telegram channel Super. 

Netta was invited to perform at the Transformation Awards Ceremony in Russia, held by MuzTV channel. However, her manager turned down the offer, saying Netta will be busy on that day, as she intends to join the gay parade in Tel Aviv, which matters to her much more. Besides, the artist expressed concern over the fact that such events are banned in Russia.
