Bärbel Kofler, German Ombudsman called Russia to provide a medical aid to Oleg Sentsov and expressed hope for the release of Sentsov and Oleksandr Kolchenko. Andriy Melnyk, Ambassador of Ukraine in Germany claimed this on Twitter.
