The deputy head of German Free Democratic Party Wolfgang Kubicki said that Ukrainian ambassador to Germany, Andriy Melnyk, should not have been so enthusiastic about pointing out the illegality of visit to the annexed Crimea by Scooter, otherwise the diplomat can be declared persona non grata.
