112.ua: Hug steps down as OSCE SMM deputy head

Alexander Hug resigns from the office of OSCE SMM deputy head. He said this in his interview for Kommersant outlet.

‘OSCE is not a career-oriented organization, one can only work in this structure for ten years, no more. I reached this limit so I leave my office’, he said, adding that his mission expires on October 31.
