The Cheliabinsk detention center claimed that Ukrainian director Oleh Sentsov wasn’t brought to them, human rights defender Tatiana Shchur told OVD-Info.

She supposes the location of the Ukrainian is concealed, so that the “human rights activists can’t get to him”.
