The defense of Strana.ua Chief Editor Ihor Huzhva states that the employees of State Court Administration did not have time to sign the certificate on transfer of $21 thousand dollar bail due to the end of the working day. This was reported by Huzhva’s lawyer Yury Ivashchenko, according to Ukrainian News agency.
