Ukrainian political prisoner Oleksandr Kolchenko detained in the remand prison in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia has written the requests where he expressed the will to meet the Ukrainian Consul in Yekaterinburg and Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. It is stated in the letter written by the lawyers of Ural Human Rights Group according to Kolchenko and published on Facebook.
