Oleksandr Turchynov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) claimed that all organizers and partakers of the so-called “election” in Donbas, which should be held by the militants of “Donetsk People’s Republic” (DPR) and “Luhansk People’s Republic” (LPR) on November 11, will be spotted and prosecuted as the NSDC press service reported.
