Viktor Ovsiannikov was appointed as a new state advocate for the former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych in the state treason case as 112 Ukraine reported.
During the talks with the journalist, he said that followed the proceeding through the internet and TV and noted the necessity to provide him more time for the familiarizing of the case.
