112.ua: No Ukrainians among victims of fire in Kemerovo

A previous toll put the number of dead at 37 with nearly 70 missing, including 40 children.

There were no Ukrainians among those killed during the fire in Russia’s Kemerovo, according to preliminary data. This was stated by the representative of Department of Consular Service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Vasyl Kyrylych, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

“The Consul in Novosibirsk is checking whether there could be citizens of Ukraine among the dead or injured as a result of the fire in Kemerovo. According to the latest information from the representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Kemerovo region, there are no Ukrainians among the dead or injured, “he said.
