Oleg Blokhin, the former forward and the ex-coach of Dynamo Kyiv, the former manager of Ukraine’s national football team got himself a new office. The Federation of Football of Ukraine (FFU) assigned him as the head of the Strategic Development Council. The press office of the Federation of Football reported that on December 28.
