The OSCE special monitoring mission plans to open more forward patrol bases in the towns in the occupied area of Donetsk region, including those lying near the Ukraine-Russia state border. Alexander Hug, the first deputy head of OSCE SMM in Ukraine reported this at a briefing in Kyiv on March 30.
